Cured and hickory smoked bacon sourced from the oldest pork farms in Pune. We take pride in our direct relation with farmers when it comes to procuring our raw ingredients.
Our bacon thechas are a recreation of age-old Maharashtrian condiments made using pounded green/ red chillies and garlic with Nomad's bacony twist. The entire batch is cooked in bacon fat!
