Nomad Food Project represents a passion for having fun with bacon, capturing the best flavours jar by jar (reusable & recyclable) and delivering them to you! Our products are handcrafted by our founders, Advaith & Aditya who are culinary professionals and huge bacon enthusiasts who want to make bacon jams available to everyone!

Free of preservatives, the savoury jams are produced with 100% real and smoked bacon and fresh spices.

Our procuring process include visits to our pork farms in Pune to handpick pork bellies for the curing and smoking process. Cold-smoked over 6-8 hours, we use hickory wood chips for that trademark mellowed-charcoal flavour.
