About Us

Nomad Food Project started off as a research project for our founders, Aditya Rai and Advaith Inamke while pursuing their culinary degrees from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai.
We are a bunch of adult kids with a knack for  having fun with bacon, capturing the best flavours jar by jar and delivering them to our customers!

The idea was developed after realising a void in niche, versatile products that can cater to the hunger pangs of the consumers in India. So we began our trails and tried something with bacon. We knew bacon is cherished by most people. We wanted to work on that and craft unconventional recipes which can not only be used as spreads but also as accompaniments, dips, or even be eaten directly from the jar.

We've solved the tedious process for most people which is to cook bacon in the first place. If you're craving a quick breakfast like scrambled eggs, a home-made burger or, simply want to make dal-rice more interesting, our 'Ready-to-Eat' bacon thechas and relishes are an instant solution.

Our ability to curate ingenious recipes to match our consumer's palette is what sets us apart and gives us an edge. Our bold flavours and unique recipes are unmatched globally.

 
Ingredients: 
Our philosophy behind the choosing ingredients is to ensure that they are completely natural and can be cooked, processed and stored for a considerate amount by using the correct techniques. 
We use 100% pure and genuine pork bacon and Goan sausages which are sourced from traditional and ancestral pork farms in Pune.
The vegetables we use while cooking are sourced from local farmers and mandis directly after closely scrutinising the quality of every ingredient.
