For me it is very important that the quality of whatever I make is of the optimal level. That is something that I will never compromise on. I believe that the balance of creativity, feasibility and practicality is what leads to the best products and ideas in the world.
I’ve always wanted to do something that I believe in. The Nomad Food Project for me is a key to bring out that feeling of happiness in our consumers. When I saw that coming out in people after they tried our product, is what actually motivated and encouraged me to go ahead with this. I truly believe that the market is calling out for a change and I plan to give it one!
